Sveriges Radio Göteborg rapporterar här om vad som enligt ett yttrande från Migrationsverket till JO skall ha varit den egentliga orsaken till att jag fått sluta vid verket, nämligen det som anges i rubriken ovan.
Men frågorna kvarstår: Om det var så, varför kunde då inte Eugène Palmér ha sagt det till mig, eller skrivit det i sitt fempunktsdokument (pdf), eller åtminstone ha nämnt det när han vittnade i Mölndals tingsrätt? Ljög han i tingsrätten? Lyssna här. Eller ljög han på Newsmill? Eller ljög han i radioprogrammet Publicerat?
I alla dessa fall fokuserade Migrationsverket/Palmér på min blogg. Migrationsverkets svar till JO förefaller vara en efterhandskonstruktion, ett försök till Ehrenrettung. Men det skall nog visa sig vara ett otjänligt försök.

Frågan uppstår: Vad slags ledaregenskaper har den som inte vågar stå för sitt ord? SR:s rubrik kanske syftar på Palmér. Det var kanske snarare hans dåliga ledaregenskaper som (för)ledde honom till att avskeda mig. Ja, det förefaller mera, till och med mycket, sannolikt …
Tillägg 2009-03-09: Jag har nu fått del av Migrationsverkets yttrande till JO. Jag tänker inte kommentera det de skriver på denna plats förrän processen i JO och tingsrätten fortskridit ännu en liten bit. Inte på annat sätt än att konstatera att de sämsta ledaregenskaperna nog bör sökas på annat håll inom Migrationsverket än hos mig. Yttrandet har avgetts av generaldirektören Dan Eliasson efter föredragning av verksjuristen Mathilde Skovdal. Rättschefen Mikael Ribbenvik har deltagit i den slutliga handläggningen.
